Can I cancel my subscription whenever I wish?
Yes, you are not committed to any long term or fixed contract. We are confident you will enjoy the product and not even be thinking about this once you try ViDrate. If the money has left your account on the month you wish to cancel, it will be the following month that this cancellation will take full effect. Please note that you will still be charged for any box which is dispatched before we receive your notice of cancellation.
Cancellations must be manually cancelled by the customer on the website through his/hers own account to guarantee cancellation has occurred. It is not the responsibility of ViDrate to ensure cancellation has been guaranteed.
Any cancellations wished to be made on the day of renewal or up to 48 working hours before the renewal date may be subject to his/hers monthly subscription payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are still not happy with your subscription, you can head into your account (icon next to the GBP sign in top right of the screen) and cancel / pause / skip your subscription as you wish. If you are struggling to access, please contact Nick, Rob & the team on email@example.com and we can issue you with a new account invite within 2 working days.
If the first month is free, how many packs can I order?
Sometimes ViDrate will run special offers where, as part of a subscription, the first month is free. Customers are only able to take advantage of ONE unit/pack/quantity size per email address and per household. For clarity, ONE unit/pack/size is 30 sachets only.
Can I have ViDrate warm/hot?
Yes absolutely, especially during those cold and dark days! We recommend you still enjoy your tea and coffees but why not also try a warm ViDrate in the morning at the same time? The nutritional values remain the same with a cup of warm water (approx 400-500ml) and the taste is just as good....if not better!
How many calories in one sachet of ViDrate?
Less than 15 calories per sachet / serving (based on 500ml)
Does ViDrate contain sugar?
ViDrate is a zero sugar product, containing just 0.2-0.5g per sachet depending on the flavour of choice (legislation states that a zero sugar classification applies to products containing less than 0.5g per 100g)
Does ViDrate contain artificial sweetener?
We contain no artificial sweetener, instead we are sweetened naturally with Stevia
Does ViDrate have artificial colours or flavours?
What do I mix ViDrate with?
ViDrate should be mixed with water. Each sachet contains enough ingredients to be mixed with (500-600ml, adjust to suit personal taste preference) of water. Always ensure that the product is well mixed and consumed within 8 hours of preparation, ideally sooner.
Top Tip: You can also try mixing ViDrate with milk (we recommend full fat but the choice is yours) to create a very tasty & healthy milkshake!
What is wrong with just water?
Water is great, keep drinking it! ViDrate complements and enhances the users' water intake whilst giving you added electrolytes and minerals...and better taste too!
What % of my Daily Vitamin reference intake does ViDrate have?
One sachet is approximately just over a third of your daily allowance, however the main purpose of the ViDrate product is to enhance the flavour of water, whilst offering nutritional benefits. It is not to be used as a supplement.
How long does ViDrate last for in the packaging?
Can I drink ViDrate when pregnant?
In short - yes, we have many customers who are pregnant who use ViDrate to help get their daily hydration. For all our hydration products ViDrate is suitable to be consumed by pregnant or breast feeding women. If you are known to have blood pressure issues please do consult a doctor first before consuming and in general, if unsure, it is better to consult the midwife/health care professional for advise before consuming as it depends on a case to case basis.
Can children use ViDrate?
ViDrate has been developed for all age groups – however it is always best to consult your GP first if you have any concerns. Nick and Rob (ViDrate Co-founders) both have young children and/or nieces and nephews, all of whom use the product and enjoy the taste!

Is there a limit to how many I can take per day?
No, we contain zero caffeine and zero sugar so there is not limitation. We recommend between 1 - 2 sachets per day but you can have more if you so wish. ViDrate is perfectly suitable for little ones too!
Why is hydration so important?
Hydration is vital for the body! Water is the most important element in humans, as a around 65% of our body is water. This vital liquid is involved in every metabolic process of our body. Humans only need to lose a small % of hydration for the brain and body to become less efficient in everything you do in a day!
How long does my order take to arrive?
We operate within 3-5 working days for UK orders. For international orders, delivery may take a little longer. During busy periods, particurlarly the Christmas season in December, orders can take a little longer than expected due to the general high demand with the postal system.
